Q: How long do the milk tea bottles last?
A: Unopened bottles: our milk tea will last up to one month in the refrigerator from the date it was brewed.
Opened bottles: our milk tea will last up to three days refrigerated. So drink up!
Q: Do your milk teas contain dairy?
A: Our milk teas are dairy-free! We use a non-dairy creamer.
Q: Why did you choose to use a non-dairy creamer?
A: We chose a non-dairy creamer over regular milk because it preserves the drinks better! This allows us to provide shipment throughout the U.S. while still maintaining its freshness!
Q: Where do you source your tea from?

Q: There are black particles floating around or at the bottom of my milk tea, should I be concerned? What is it?
A: The particles you see floating around or at the bottom of the bottle are tea leaves! We said we brew our tea fresh, and we mean it!

Q: The bottles I’ve received look more expanded than the ones you show in your images, is this normal?
A: Yes! This is normal. Sometimes when we’re filling the bottles after brewing, we overfill them. This just means you’re getting a bit more milk tea!

A: Most of our packaging is recyclable or reusable! See below
